Continuation - Budapest
As promised, more from our trip to the beautiful city Budapest! We did so much sightseeing the first day so we could just walk around and take it easy the following days.
Sunday:
Almost all shops are closed on Sundays, so we took this day to explore the castle hill! We went up with the old funicular railway and the walked around there for many hours. The view over the Pest part and Danube from the fisherman's bastion (built 1895–1902) was beautiful!

Rest of the week:
We spent two full days on shopping! They have so many well-sorted second-hand shops, much to my enjoyment! I bought some blouses, a Cyberdog skirt and we ate a lot (food is so cheap there!). We also visited Falk Miksa street, a place known for all it's antique shops. But they are a bit different there from Sweden, they only sold such as furniture, statues and porcelain.
We also went to the Tropicarium one day! It's a little bit off, so we had to take the bus for 30 minutes. I was honestly a bit nervous there, I was not completely sure if we were on the right bus. But we found our way there and had a great day with birds, snakes, fishes and petting manta-rays (or sea pancakes as I like to call them). I only now realize how little pictures I have, my friend has a bunch on her camera so I guess I'll make another post with some of her pics too when I get them!
