Vienna - day 3

After visiting the lovely and inspiring Hundertwasserhaus, we took the trams 1 and 2 around the city ring. It's too big to walk around, so seeing it from a tram seat is very practical! 

We hopped off tram 1 at the Parliament Building to switch to tram 2; it's a very impressive building with beautiful details on everything, even the street lamp's feet!

There are many ways of getting around in Vienna; car, bus, tram, subway or why not a horse carriage? 

After finishing our tour around the city ring we ate at Wild and went to the very core of the city centre where I could check off one more thing on my bucket list; visit a Vivienne Westwood store! It's a very famous (and expensive...) designer brand and I loooooooooooove their jewellry. Sadly, I couldnät find what I wanted but I shopped on my friends behalf, the shopgirl was very nice and friendly, a positive surprise since many designer stores tend to have snotty shop assistants who look down on you if you don't come in wearing a fur coat and diamond earrings.

I actually almost screamed from joy when we came out from the store.

After some more window shopping and dreaming in luxury stores, we took a fika. Can't survive without my daily dose of sugar and coffee!
