A day of shopping

Rottermann

We tried to find a shortcut back to the hotel after the frappé-accident, and thanks to that we found a whole new block to explore; Rottermann. There are mostly restaurants, but we also found two second hand stores of the fancier kind. Last time I was in a shop like this was in Vienna. In this sweet-smelling shop, you can find a variety of high-street (Topshop and such) and designer (Dior, Louis Vuitton) items for fair prices. Of course I found a lovely dress, but unfortunately neither the price- or the size-tag worked for me.

Basiilik
Mom found a pair of hot pink shoes and a handbag, but I walked put empty-handed this time. We decided to make a pit-stop at an Italian themed restaurant named Basiilik. The summer weather has finally reached Tallinn too now, so we enjoyed some non alcohol drinks and really tasty food in the sun. At least until the sun got blocked out by a weird... add-on to a building.

It looked like it was office-spaces in these weird boxes

Speaking of architecture,
the Rottermann block had an interesting mix of buildings:
